Apricorn today announced the new Aegis Mini, a 240GB pocket drive that is claimed to be the world's largest capacity 1.8-inch external hard drive. The hard drive runs at 4200RPM and has 2MB buffer memory. Measuring 17mm X 68.5mm X 86mm and weighing at just 3.7oz, the storage device is also available in 80GB, 160GB and 240GB storage capacities. The Apricorn Aegis Mini is available in capacities from 80GB, 120GB and 240GB at the prices of $149, $189 and $269 respectively. You can also purchase the Firewire version that will cost $10 more.
