Fujitsu Siemens is planning on releasing ‘zero-watt’ PC called Esprimo 7935 around the middle of this year. What’s so cool about this PC is the fact that it’s capable to achieve zero energy consumption when switched off. Most electronic devices still consume a very small amount of energy between 1 watt and 4 watts even when switched off or unless they’re actually unplugged. The PC also comes with a power adapter that’s 89 percent efficient and conforms to EPA’s new Energy Star 5.0 standard. The system will set you back around €600 or €700. [Engadget]
