A marine biologist at West Chester University of Pennsylvania has designed a dolphin inspired fin called Lunocet that attaches to the swimmer's feet that allows the wearer to swim at a speed of 8-miles an hour. The fins are made up of carbon fiber and fiberglass and weigh in at around 2.5-pounds. The Lunocet retails for $1250 - $1500 each. [LikeCool]
